1. Service Overview
Safe Kitchen provides software-as-a-service tools to help commercial food businesses record, manage, and audit their kitchen safety checks in alignment with UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) guidelines.
2. Subscriptions & 30-Day Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 30-day unrestricted free trial. At the end of the trial period, continuous access requires a paid active subscription (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in the app settings.
3. Food Safety Responsibility Disclaimer
While Safe Kitchen digitises and streamlines compliance workflows, the food business operator and head chef remain legally responsible for ensuring actual food safety practices, cooking temperatures, allergen declarations, and hygiene standards comply with UK law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Safe Kitchen is not liable for regulatory fines, loss of food stock due to equipment failure, or business interruption.
